Returns & Exchanges

At Pink Lily, we want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we are happy to offer returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid return shipping label, which will be deducted from your total store credit amount.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer, making sure to include the packing slip inside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your return is processed by our warehouse.
